Returns & refunds

For standard-size outfits displayed on our website and ordered through WhatsApp, please tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the outfit within a further 14 days. We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the outfit back, or receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. For a full order cancellation, your refund includes standard delivery and will use your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Genuinely custom-made outfits, made to your individual measurements or personalised specifications, are non-refundable for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if any outfit, including a custom order, arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described.
